In this intermediate class, you will dive into the techniques behind creating a voluminous, bouncy blowout inspired by the iconic ’90s style. Learn to achieve full-bodied, bouncy hair using a combination of rollers, pin curls, and the precision heat of a blower and a round brush. You’ll also explore the best products to use for enhancing volume and maintaining the perfect texture. This class will equip you with the knowledge and skills to create a stunning, long-lasting bouncy blowout that exudes 90’s retro glam while providing modern-day perfection.
Note: Our Blowout Basics and Foundations is a pre-requisite for taking this class.

This is a hands-on class* for NY licensed hair stylists.
Stylists are required to bring the following tools:
- Professional hair dryer with concentrator
- 4 or more sectioning clips
- 1″ thermal round brush
- 1 ¼″ thermal round brush
- 1 ½″ inch thermal round brush
*The hands-on portion of the class will involve pairing up and working on blowouts with another student. If you would prefer not to have this done on you, or you have shorter than chin-length hair, please reach out so we can make accommodations.
